Survey123 Keypad with decimal field does not accept '.' but accepts commas ','

Hi 

I have created a survey using survey connect Version 3.18

I am unable to input decimal separator as (.) on a Survey 123 keypad, it only accepts a comma ( , )

The workaround below does not solve the problem.

Changing the windows regional setting to decimal symbol (.) does not fix the issue.
