Images added from Survey 123 appear in a pop-up in Map Viewer, but not in the app built in Experience Builder

I've built an app in Experience Builder based on a Map. I've given users the opportunitiy to add their comments and images via a Survey123 form, but although the images added appear in the Map Viewer, when the pop-up appears in the app, the images don't appear. I've added the image in the pop-up as an attachement. Is that wrong? How esle might I do it.
