Direction widget issues

Hi all,

I am using the directions widget in Enterprise portal 10.9.1. I am getting odd results when choosing the walking option when generating a route. I end up with a minus figure for the distance even though a route has been generated. I will attach a screenshot. For a driving route this doesn't happen, the distances are correct and not resulting in a minus number. Has anyone else had this problem? I am wondering if its down to the network analysis being done with the route URL.
