AppBuilder Setup - Unable to access

I did Web AppBuilder setup locally . After I clicked the \...\ArcGISWebAppBuilder\starup.bat, the browser launch the page http://myCPU.wmata.local:3344/webappbuilder/?action=setportalurl. Then I filled in the URL to our company's ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise https://myCompanyURL/portal/home/

However, I received such a warning as "Unable to access https://myCompanyURL/portal/home/ A server with the specified hostname could not be found".

I can access to https://myCompanyURL/portal/home/ through a browser.

What should I do to resolve such a problem? Thanks.
