On the initial layer, the name is set correctly - Astana (Capital of Kazakhstan), on more detailed layers, the old incorrect name is still Nur-Sultan. Please fix, thanks...

Please note, the original map image in question is a deprecated/mature support raster basemap and no longer updated. It is encouraged that the basemap be updated to use the current vector basemap, which is updated regularly and already displays the "Astana" capital city name. We also have select localized maps based on region and language settings in your ArcGIS Online account.
