I cannot select features from a layer in Experience Builder

I am using the select tool in Experience Builder 

I have enabled that tool on the general page.

I have 4 layers in the web map. The features from the layers are selectable in the web map.

And they all have enabled the pop-ups to show.

For the first 2 layers, I can do a selection of the features but for the other 2, I cannot.

 Therefore, I cannot see the features in a table widget, because they are not selectable.

Help me, please.
