Embed Private ArcGIS Dashboard into iFrame on Website

How would I embed an ArcGIS dashboard into an iframe plus have it sign into the the account where the dashboard is held? The dashboard must be held privately.

I found the resource below but don't really understand it.

Could someone explain or show an example of how to do this?
