Showing me the Owner of a Layer when I am not.

I have noticed something new. When I go an add a authoritative layer, form ESRI for example, it shows that I am the owner, when in fact I am not...See Screenshot. My company is Western Confluence Group but we are not the owner of the layer/feed.

Hi,

I've just taken a look and from my end it's showing it as owned by ESRI, not the Western Confluence group, so it must just be a visual bug!
