Map viewer Classic had 3 Font options for labels:
Times New Roman is missing in the new map viewer
Currently we don't have this font available for 4.x usage. We can look into adding it to how we host these font files for 4.x API apps. Some other fonts you could checkout are Merriweather or Noto Serif.
