Hello GIS friends, happy Friday!
Is there a way to add a favicon from ArcGIS Portal admin site and not windows wwwroot folder as I do not have the permission to paste file to that folder on the Server machine?

No, this functionality does not exist. You need access to the web server root.

Sorry, here is where I meant. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\favicon.ico. It is working now!
