Is it possible to get the publication date metadata from a web service using arcpy.metadata or similar?

you can retrieve the info about publication from from the sharing REST endpointe.g. https://<portal-fqdn>/portal/sharing/rest/content/items/<item-id>You can search for the item representing your service at https://<portal-fqdn>/portal/sharing/rest/searchprogrammatically - the reference is here.https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/users-groups-and-items/item.htm
