Reference existing feature service in Survey123 Designer

Is it possible to reference an existing feature service using the Survey123 web designer? My organization does not use Survey123 Connect unless we have a really good use case for it. I would like to create a washroom inspection survey using point locations that already exist as a feature service in portal if possible.

It's not possible to reference an existing feature service using Survey123 web designer. Here's the documentation for how to do this in Connect (note that the web designer tab is greyed out).
