Does anyone have workflow management software recommendations?

Question

I am a pm at a medium electrical contractor and we are struggling keeping everything in order and keeping the ball in the correct court internally. Essentially I am hoping for a software that can be accessed by All on the project, and can relay info about submittals, material delivery, change orders etc. Like when I release a gear package I want my warehouse manager to know. And when he receives a delivery I want to know and I want my boss to be able to look in at any time for an update. Hopefully you guys use something similar and can help. Thank you

@higol00 Good question and the problem statement is applicable to multiple industries. Workflow Manager can be a good fit, if the items to be managed has location tagged and is an important attribute to be tracked. If the geographic location or data collected through this is not geospatial, you could look at other systems for inventory management, work order management, construction management etc.
