How can i report an (Data) Error in World Route Service?

Question

While working with some gtfs Data i discovered an Error in the World Route Service.

When i want to Route from "strohredder 15, kiel" to "ivensring 33, kiel" there are two options to go left but there seem to be turn restrictions. (see Attachment 1).

I checked the Location as turning on the next Intersection seemed very wrong and didnt find any Signs that prevents turning left. (see Atachment 2).

So How / Where can i report this Data Error?

My apology. In that case, please call Esri Technical Support to report the error. To my knowledge, there is no direct way to report the error with World Route Service.

Thanks for your Answer but the Error is not in World Geocoding Service. The Error is in World Route Service
