Create license file for 10.8.1

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a license file from My ESRI for my 10.8.1 ArcGIS Portal, but unfortunately only 10.9 and 11.0 are included. Has anyone found a way to generate a 10.8.1 license file?

We had to go through Esri support and have them send steps to reset the license source files. And they said they could do this because we already had a demo site live under 10.8.1 and we needed access to it through Portal. Still working out some kinks in the chain, but this is what we’ve been solving too.

Thanks everyone! We contacted our ESRI Customer Service Rep and they had to make 10.8.1 available to us in the License ESRI Products tool. Once this was done, everything went smoothly!
