Report template syntax for conditional elements using "contains" or "like"

I'd like to conditionally show an element in my feature reports based on a substring of the attribute value. For example, I'd like to only include the element when task_ID LIKE '2023%'

How can I apply this in my report template? I'm not seeing anything in the help that covers this.
