Is there a way, in either Pro or ArcCatalog, to see the date a feature attachment was created or added?

I was able to do this by enabling editor tracking on the attachment table:https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/enable-editor-tracking-on-attachments/idi-p/922660
