How to change the "Reconciled", "Created", and "Modified" columns in Manage Versions table for branch versioning to show the computer timezone?

Hi,

How do I get the Reconciled, Created, and Modified columns in the branch versioning Manage Versions table to show the computer's time zone instead of UTC? The computer's time zone is GMT+8.

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1.
