I've seen a Survey123 with tabs. I am trying to create something like this:
by click on 1 , 2 and 3, each of which, will display another question. How can I do something like this?
The 'tabs' that you are referring to in your image are repeats. Repeats are the same question or series of questions presented multiple times. You cannot set up 'tabs' for questions outside of a repeat.
