I just ran ready-to-use elevation-profile. Output doesn't appear, instead the View Details says it went to in_memory\feature_set. Where is that? I opened a fresh project, and it worked fine.
I am working in a school environment, hybrid-cloud sort-of, so I'm not surprised I ran into an in-memory operation. I read over the help file Duncan recommended below, but maybe I need to read it a bit slower, because it didn't directly get to the answer.

Interesting. I opened an existing project, ran the Ready To Use Elevation Profile tool and it went to my Project Geodatabase as a feature set. Not in-memory at all. What release of ArcGIS Pro are you using? I'm using 3.0.4
