Error connecting to monitor database

After setting up the agm database and user, I try to connect in the server setup dialog and get this error:

Knex: Timeout acquiring a connection. The pool is probably full. Are you missing a .transacting(trx) call?

Hi Daniel,

Please try restarting both the ArcGIS Monitor and Postgres services and then running through the setup again.

hi,

just installed it on Redhat Enterprise 8 and have same issue even after rebooting system. Any other suggestions?

Re-starting both Database and Monitor fixed the issue on our side too, thanks
