The introduction panel on my app doesn't work. The widget appears on the app; when I hover over it, it gives the open introduction panel message, but when I click on it nothing. Even though I have configured panel text. Can anyone assist?

That's an issue with the app; it will be resolved in the spring update of ArcGIS Online.
