Siple Labeling in ArcMap 10.3 freezes and stop rersponding

Question

​Every time I try to change simple graphic labels ArcMap  10.3 stops and the selector arrow becomes four sided and it freezes everything, then it comes back with picture properties, I am not even working with pictures at this point.

Wasting my time for simple labeling. Please let me know if it's happening only to me or it's problem with ARCMAP 10.3.

Hi Mita,

You could check-up with the following step apart from following the blog.

1) Close all ArcGIS Applications. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\Utilities. Right-click AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe, and run as administrator. Click "Reset all values to default".
