Hi, I have a survey 123 added to an experience via a widget. I works fine, except that when I submit a form, instead of a message saying ' Form successfully submitted', I get a message saying [object Object]
Any thoughts?

I have the same issue, but only after I changed the thank you screen to include a custom graphic hosted in AGO. I have not resolved the issue but am waiting for a response from support.
