Import Attribute Rules crashes... (PRO-2.9.5)

Hi all.

After having created two simple Feature on Feature Validation rules, I have exported them (CSV). Unfortunatly, trying to load them drives to crash.

Any clue? CSV file is attached.

Hi Jay

I posted it to the (French) support.

Anyway taking a break I thought, "could I test it through arcpy?". And in fact I did it, and it worked, through Geoprocessing ("Import Attribute Rules").

The crash occurs when I try to import through Attribute Rules GUI (Import button in Attribute Rules menu).

Now I need to test if it works well in a Toolbox script for multiple feature classes attribute rules.

This sounds like a locale-specific issue when exporting/importing rules from .csv. I would suggest contacting technical support so that we can get a reproducible workflow.
