Missing data in Dashboard widget that is linked to Survey123 feature. Details widget missing groups in Survey123 form

Hi,

I have a details widget that is providing a view of completed survey123 forms. However, the details widget is 'missing' entire groups of questions. Is this a function of the survey123 form formatting, groups of questions nested within groups?
