how to configure forminfo in a webmap ? in Enterprise too

Hello,

i need to configure the forminfo "part"  of my webmap as described in formInfo | Web Map Specification | ArcGIS Developers

how to proceed best? which tool can i use ? i am searching for an user interface like popup configuration in map viewer but i can not  find something similar for forminfo.

i need a tool available in Enterprise too.

my problem is that i am working in an enterprise 10.9.1 environment and do not have this nice tool described in https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/create-form-mv.htm

seems to me that the only way to have forminfo configure is to implement a script generating forminfo from popupinfo.

does somebody implement such a script ?

is there any other way ?

i do really to find a solution.

Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online supports authoring forms

Enterprise supports this as well but wont cover exactly the same features you see in the blog above.
