It would be helpful for administrator's to be able to access an organisation's invoices and renewal notices via the "my esri" page.
It's actually kind of insane that this isn't a built in feature. No offence to any of the hard working people at ESRI, but that's bordering on ignorant. In the most polite way possible of course.
