I've noticed in the new web experience templates that an active hyperlink in the pop-up window no longer appears as the color blue which gives the end user a visual clue that there is more information to click on. The text shows as the same color as other attributes but with an underline. It's a default setting in web app builder.

I second this. There's little indication there is a link there. The popups in general are a big downgrade from Web App Builder. Very hard to change colors, invisible hyperlinks... just hard to deal with visually.
This feature will be released on ArcGIS Online in February 2026.
Hyperlinks use the theme color by default. To change hyperlink color:
1. Click Theme on the left.2. Select a new theme.3. Click "Customize", "More".4. Change the link color.
Note: Link style is not supported.
