how to solve an error to publish web map with service area?

Hello,

I want to publish my map which has a multiple-ring service area. In ArcGIS Pro,  I tried sharing it as a web map but it gave me an error below.

 

It doesn't allow me to share it as a web map for some reason. Is there anything I should do to make sure that my map is shared?

I found a similar question where someone replied with a screenshot on how to create templates.  It looks like your error says, "layer does not have feature template set".
