Unable to Publish Survey Error

Hello, I have created a survey in Surve123 but I get the following error anytime I attempt to publish it.

Anyone knows why I am getting this error and how I can resolve it?

A rather old post suggests you may be trying to use a reserved word as the name of one of your fields.
