My ArcGIS pro app automatically closes when I tried to export my work. Once I clink to print or download in jpeg or pdf format, it will close the app instantly without printing or giving me access to download it. How can I fix it?
This sounds very similar to BUG-000144582 - ArcGIS Pro 2.9 crashes when exporting or printing a layout containing a map view and an empty text element. Happens with jpg exports. It was resolved in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1. What release of ArcGIS Pro are you using?
The version I am currently using is 2.9.0 it crashes when exporting files and closes automatically without indicating any error message.
