I can't change the dimensions of vector data in arcgis pro. When I want to hatch my area, I encounter a problem like the one in the image.

Burak - it seems you have a Reference Scale set for a Small Scale (i.e. 1:1,000,000 for example) and then zoomed into 1:50,000. The result is what you're seeing with your polygon symbology. To remove this, right click on the Map name in the Contents Pane and select "Clear Reference Scale" - what is the result?
