Performing Connect Origin to Destination analysis in ArcPro Notebook

Hi, 

I have two point layers in ArcPro, one containing origin locations and one containing destination locations. 

I want to perform Connect Origins to Destination  analysis which I know is available in ArcGIS Online but is it possible to do the same analysis within an ArcPro notebook or using arcpy?
