Create Records system fields: gray out & reorder fields to group similar information

Kindly, gray out (disable editing) system related fields that do not require user input.  For example, Validation Status is grayed out, but Retire Parcel Count is not.

Also, is there a way to group similar or reorder fields.

The Create Record pane inherits the settings of your record layer.

Steps:

1. In the Contents pane select the Records layer --> Data Design --> Fields to open the fields design view.
   

    

2. Create your fields, reorder fields, hide fields, mark certain fields 'Read Only', highlight fields of intrest, and rename field aliases.
   

    

3. Create a new record to see your new settings. These settings are saved to the map you are using.
   

    

The reason we have left the 'Created Parcel Count' and 'Retired Parcel Count' editable is that there are some (not common) use cases for manually editing them. You can easily mark them as 'Read Only'.
