Redirect Enterprise Portal Addres Domain to Another Address

Hello,

Information of my server computer;
computer name: arcgis
full computer name : arcgis.{alias}.local
domain: {alias}.local

The customer defined the *.{alias}.bel.tr certificate to the computer to fix the SSL certificate problem. As a result, I want my arcgis portal url to be https://cbsportal.{alias}.bel.tr/portal. How can I do this redirect?

This is more of an IT/Networking issue. If you own the domain, your IT group should be able to create the desired subdomain and a CNAME/A Record that will point to your server computer. If this server is to be accessed outside of your secured network, this server should be in a DMZ with firewalls on either side for added security and protection.
