Data Reviewer missing "Duplicate Feature" rule

Question

Hello fellas,

I'm trying to finish the ESRI Data Reviewer quick start tutorial (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/validating-data/tutorial-implement-automated-quality-control.html), but I can't seem to find the "Duplicate Feature" button in the "validation rules" menu.
Does this have anything to do with the licensing or my current ArcPro version (2.4.0)?

Yes, this tutorial requires ArcGIS Pro 2.7 or a later version.
