I've been using the Table to Excel tool and it creates the excel table but the tool just keeps running and won't stop. I have to use Task Manager to close the project and then re-open it to continue. I'm the only one in the office experiencing it.
This is BUG-000150929 - ArcGIS Pro loads indefinitely when accessing Excel files or Excel related tools. Solution is to reinstall the Microsoft Excel drivers located here on this help page.

yep, this is a known issue - I'll see if I can find the fix for it
