FGDB and Enterprise GDB Utilization

I have a few File Geodatabase and an Enterprise Geodatabase (that contains about 50 feature classes). 
How do I find out if File Geodatabases and SDE feature classes are being utilized (used)? 
By 'utilized' I mean how do I know if there are services within Portal for ArcGIS that are being fed by any of those File Geodatabases or data within Enterprise GDB? 
Please note, I am already aware that I can search for the feature classes in ArcGIS Server Manager. 
I'd like to know if there is a tool (like logparser) that identifies this for me efficiently.

This isn't available, at least from the geodatabase.
