Http referrer for basemaps does nothing

Hi everyone,

 

we just created a new API KEY to get the basemaps World_Imagery from our app at https://five.epicollect.net.

The request is like:

https://ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x}?token={api_key}

However, despite settings the HTTP referrer to https://*.epicollect.net,

 we are still able to load the tiles from "localhost" for example. 

 

Are we missing something?
