Arcpyproduction Grid in ArcGIS Pro

Question

We have a a script based on ArcMap taht calculates the extension of AOI using as reference a point. To make it we use arcpyproduction.Grid but we do not find any Class or function in ArcGIS Pro. Do you know if there is a similar option in Arcpy ArcGIS Pro?

Thanks Dan, I have checked other tools and  I think the better option is to use Generate Grid from Point (Defense Tools). We can create a single AOI and get the geometry from that feature
