Notebook in ArcGIS Pro Proxy issue

I have a Notebook running the ArcGIS Pro and it works fine when i am not on the work network but on the work network i get this error:

i have read the documentation about setting the proxy and tried the below with similar errors

and

is there anything else i can try?

While I can't think of anything else you can try, I did have some questions about the difference between "not on the work network" and "on the work network."  Here are some flat-out assumptions I want to clear up:

1. Are you running the code in the same project between both places?
2. Are you running the code in the same version of ArcGIS Pro in both places?
3. Are you running the code from the same device (e.g. laptop) in both places?
4. Does your work, in fact, use a proxy?
5. Can you visit ArcGIS.com just fine in a web browser from work?
6. Can your IT department see your attempt to get outside the firewall and give you a better reason why it's failing?
