CORS errors with Web Tile Images

Hey,

As already mentioned here:

https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-api-for-javascript-questions/cannot-fetch-a-specific-web-tile-image-because-of/m-p/1195846#M78063

It's not possible to fetch image tiles from 3rd party websites.

Is there any solution for this? as I already tried to add the domain to the trusted servers.
