Is there a tool where you can split lines and assign specific attribute information to be populated automatically?

Question

We are looking for a tool where you can split a line (e.g. pipes) and assign automatic calculations to certain fields in the attribute table.

We have a custom tool that does this in ArcMap but as we move to using Pro, we would like to find an out of the box solution.
