ArcGIS Enterprise Web AppBuilder Application Error

Question

Hi All,

We have Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 in Microsoft Azure cloud environment. The ArcGIS Web app builder application giving an error ,after installation of Microsoft security patches July - 2022. The ArcGIS Web app builder application showing the blank screen and all options are in disabled mode. Following is the console error of ArcGIS Web app builder "Cannot read properties of Undefined".

Here I am attaching ArcGIS Web app builder application error screen shots.

The Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 all ESRI recomended patches are installed but still getting an error.

Hi ,

We do encounter same issue in 10.8.1 Enterprise in one of our environments. There are no custom logos and have ESRI default shared themes . Can I know if you found root cause for this issue.

Hi Lorena,

The ArcGIS Portal home has the ESRI default shared themes and does not have any images are custom colors.

Do you have any image or custome color in Portal for ArcGIS?  You can see it in Settings > General > Shared Theme , If so, try to remove the image for a moment and see if now the App works
