I created a graphic that has a rectangle, text and an arrow line and group them
When I see the graph in the layout the line arrow appears out of the original position

I'm currently not aware of any known issues like the one you describe above. I did a quick manual test and was unable to reproduce the issue. The problem you are running into may be specific to your graphics/workflow. Unfortunately, without more specific information I can't effectively troubleshoot this issue.
