Geojson or CSV url

I need some advice. I am adept at sharing feature layer data, maps and apps on Enterprise Portal using ETL processes. But now I want to add several live geojson or csv html from a Socrata data portal. Is this possible in Enterprise Portal? Should I instead use the ArcGIS API for Javascript Access data (JSON) sample?
