Raster Layer Won't Display Past Certain Zoom (no bounds set)

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.0, I have a raster layer loaded onto my map, and once I zoom in past a certain scale, the raster layer disappears and is replaced by just a white screen. This seems to also be affecting my analysis of the raster layer, as when I click on any point of the map, it does not register the data associated with that symbol in the legend of the raster layer. I have attached pictures below of both the zoomed out and zoomed in versions of the map. Thanks for any help!
