ArcPro Feature Class Construct Polygons

Question

*Accidently posted on ArcOnline community instead of ArcPro, so I'm reposting!*

I'm trying to create a feature layer following this method: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.8/help/editing/construct-polygons-from-features.htm

But by the time I get to step 3, I'm unable to select "Construct Polygons". This is what my Modify Features tab looks like:

Why might this be the case? I'm new to GIS, so any insight as to why I'm unable to select "Construct Polygon" would really help me out!

You need a Standard or Advanced license for that tool. I guess you have a Basic license?

To see your license level:

Open the Project settings

Go to the Licensing tab. This might take a while to load.
