I have made CoKriging between X and several Ys (SEPARATELY), how can I know the best Y that gave a good prediction to X?

I mean I want to predict for ex: protein in plant and I have made cokriging to predict that between,

1- Protein and Nitrogen in soil

2- Protein and Mg in soil

3 Protein and Ca in Soil

My question is: how can I know that either N or Mg or Ca is the best one to predict Protein.

I am not sure what you mean by doing cokriging, but with separate y's
